Forums & Groups

  •

We start by introducing you to the ‘Lead Forum’ for developing our DE&I agenda now and in the future. which is a vital cog in the wheel of the wider Victrex Environmental, Social and Governance commitment we are proud to stand by.

This Strategic Inclusion Group was specifically established to help deliver the DEI strategy, set out by the Board and the Victrex Management Team. Thus, enabling the corporate strategy, to cascade throughout the organisation and gain traction within every part of Victrex and its everyday working environment.

Next let’s focus on mentioning a number of Gender Engagement Networks, which are an integral part of all the UK, US, Asia, and European employee networks.

These forums aim to make a positive difference to gender equality, firstly focusing on women. With other gender identities firmly in their sights for their future agenda. The networks develop, support & inspire one another by:

    • Establishing a network that connects across silos to support & advocate one another
    • Empower members through education & learning
    • Influences the DEI agenda and development messages through feedback and recommendations

It’s open to all Victrex employees - gender, role, wherever you work and however long you’ve been with the Company - we welcome real diversity here as this is just the start of this important aspect of the Victrex DE&I agenda.

Next … At Victrex, we want to give every employee the opportunity to succeed - no matter what their differences may be. The Enable Network was set-up to provide a safe space for colleagues to talk openly about the many facets of ability, disability, neurodiversity, and a whole host of other diversity elements.

Our aim is to provide the support of accessibility and community within Victrex.
