In this role, you will be at the heart of our HR operations, ensuring smooth and compliant handling of all employee documentation. Your keen eye for detail and commitment to excellence will be crucial in maintaining the integrity and quality of our HR data. You will have the opportunity to work closely with our German Works Council, manage payroll and benefits submissions, and provide essential support across the entire employee life cycle.

Responsibilities include –
Provide HR Operations service including the receipt, review and processing of documents, verifying completion, accuracy and compliance with policy. Ensure all employee documentation and correspondence is filed appropriately against the employee in line with agreed principles and relevant legislation.
Support implementation of HR processes and policies in line with local legislation, corporate standards. Coordinating with German Works Council as needed.
Responsible for the integrity and quality of the HR data through accurate, compliant and timely input of information. Ensure GDPR compliant.
Responsible for producing HR letters and documentation in support of business needs and maintaining records.
Manage payroll and benefit submissions with Finance for processing by central payroll team.
Provide administrative support for HR activities across the employee life cycle (e.g. recruitment and selection events, medical referrals, on-boarding, off-boarding), liaising where applicable with other stakeholders.
Provide advice and assistance to employees and line managers on people policies and procedures, escalating enquiries where appropriate. Managing local employee relations matters.
Responsible for Continuous Improvement activities within HR Operations.
Assist with local employee communications and engagement activities.
What you will need...
You will be an HR professional, with a solid generalist HR understanding within the context of a geography.
Be a member of an HR Professional Body
Be fluent in German and English
This role is a part-time office-based role (2 days per week / 0.4 FTE). Based in our EU headquarters in Hofheim am Taunus.
