Victrex, an innovative world leader in high performance polymer solutions, is seeking a full-time Injection Molding Technician in their injection molding facility located in Grantsburg, WI. The open role is for third shift: Sunday through Thursday 11pm - 7:30am.

The Mold Technician’s accountabilities are:

• Move & prepare raw materials for production.
• Set-up / start-up / tear-down - tooling, automation, and auxiliary equipment per schedule.
• Monitor and troubleshoot production equipment performance.
• Utilize ERP software to review the production schedule and report production information.
• Sample parts for quality inspection per schedule.
• Maintain a clean and organized production area.

The successful candidate will be a self-starter with the ability to prioritize and coordinate multiple tasks with minimal supervision; have good mechanical aptitude, possess excellent communication skills (written and verbal). Prefer 3+ years of injection molding experience, willing to train the right individual.
