IT Service Desk Regional Lead

Victrex USA Inc, located in Conshohocken PA, are looking for a motivated, self-starter to join our Global IT function as the IT Service Desk Regional Lead for the USA. The role provides primary point of contact for the resolution and fulfilment of IT related technical issues and requests for employees primarily in region, but also supports tickets globally within time zone supporting hours. The role is hybrid, providing flexibility to work remotely, while also supporting the physical office location in Conshohocken PA.
Primary accountabilities include:
- Provides first tier support for the efficient resolution of IT incidents and requests.
- Responsible for logging all calls (internal and 3rd party) made to service desk and delivery of first contact resolution through triaging.
- Ensuring good customer service by good communication and adherence to Service Level Agreements.
- Ensuring timely escalation to appropriate line management/technical resources where necessary.
- Re-assignment of tickets to other IT teams or aligned 3rd party vendors.
- Ensure local stock availability of IT consumables, peripherals and end user devices such as desktops, laptops and mobile phones.
- Provide monthly capital and operating expenditure reporting.
- Act as a resource for local business and IT led projects and assist the Global IT team with other service improvement activity ensuring local needs are met.
- Support the Cyber Security team with local initiatives where required.
