Are you studying an engineering degree and wish to build your skill set and exposure within the field of medical devices? If so, we want to hear from you.
Our 2-month summer programme will give you the chance to work alongside our research and development teams using transformative material technology to develop the next generation of Knee and Trauma products. Our program would suit someone with a foundation in engineering looking to explore a future in medical device development.
Working out of the new Leeds Product Development Centre, you will be a member of Invibio teams working on novel Knee arthroplasty & Trauma implants, two critical areas of our medical innovation strategy. The programme will give you hands on experience as you tackle complex engineering challenges faced during the product development lifecycle.
Ideal applicants will apply their intellectual curiosity to solve complex problems and support our development teams achieve project milestones. Strong analytical and communication skills are essential for this programme.

Application Requirements:
You will be studying in one of the following engineering or scientific disciplines (or related). Specialisation in medical devices or medical engineering is not a pre-requisite, but a deep interest and awareness of the sector will be highly advantageous.
