Your Victrex Family will be your HR Business Partner who will make sure all the relevant ‘people documents and contracts etc’ are in place for you ands he or she will be there for anything you need that is HR related. Your Line Manager and your Mentor (who could be one and the same person) will be there for you to help you during your day to day working experiences, and help you develop your talents through the different phases of your career progression … and you’ll have a ‘Buddy’ another early career graduate who has been on the same journey as you and can help you from where to find the coffee, to answering your questions no matter how simple or complicated about being a part of Victrex!
