Key Account Manager

Overview
We are looking for an experienced Key Account Manager to drive strategic growth with major automotive customers in China. The ideal candidate will combine strong commercial acumen, people leadership capabilities, and the ability to translate strategy into measurable business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
Build and maintain long‑term relationships with key automotive accounts to deliver sustainable revenue and margin growth.
Translate regional and global business strategies into actionable account plans, including pipeline build and opportunity management.
Drive the introduction of new products and support business development initiatives across priority applications and platforms.
Lead and develop teams to achieve sales targets, strengthen customer engagement, and elevate commercial capability.
Use data, market insights, and analytics to support decision‑making, forecast performance, and identify growth opportunities.
Collaborate cross‑functionally with Marketing, Technical, Supply Chain, and Global Key Account teams to accelerate customer programs.
Ensure disciplined execution of account plans, CRM updates, opportunity tracking, and forecasting.
Requirements
Excellent English communication skills, ideally strengthened through study or work experience in Europe or the US.
Proven people management experience in sales or business development roles.
Solid automotive industry background (Tier 1/2 experience preferred).
Strong analytical and project management skills, with the ability to manage complex customer programs.
Proactive, open‑minded, and able to work effectively in an international and matrix environment.
