Your Mission

As our Quality Manager, you will develop, implement, and manage the Quality Management System (QMS) for Asia, ensuring our products and services consistently meet the highest standards for our customers. You’ll oversee the entire quality assurance process, from development to post-production while championing a culture of quality and continuous improvement that accelerates business success.

What You’ll Do

Lead regional quality strategy: Design and implement QMS governance and strategy for Asia in line with Victrex and global standards.
Be a Key Influencer: Act as the Management Representative for Quality and a key member of the Regulatory & Quality Leadership Team.
Drive Excellence: Manage audits, customer complaint resolution, product change control, and CAPA processes using tools like APQP, PPAP, FMEA, SPC, and 8D.
Champion Continuous Improvement: Deploy lean methodologies and best practices to optimize processes.
Leverage Technology: Manage eQMS and ERP systems to streamline quality processes.

What We’re Looking For

Proven experience in Quality Management within a highly regulated industry.
Expertise in QMS standards e.g. ISO 9001, AS9100, IATF16949.
Strong auditing skills and experience achieving certification.
Skilled in deploying quality tools and statistical process control.
Fluent in English and Chinese (Japanese also preferred).
Degree in Polymer, Engineering, or Quality discipline and trained auditor.
