Head of Global Distribution and Indirect Sales Channels
Lead global distribution & indirect sales, build strong stakeholder relationships, drive ecommerce, and shape strategy in a dynamic team for lasting impact and growth.

We are seeking a dynamic and strategic leader to join our team as Head of Global Distribution and Indirect Sales Channels. This pivotal leadership role is responsible for developing and executing our enterprise-wide distribution strategy — including the development of digital Sales channels — to expand our market penetration across regions and industries, and boost sales revenue of our different ranges of products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and coordinate our established distribution network across Europe and globally.
- Strategic development of our global distribution and indirect sales framework, expanding our reach into new markets and channels, aligning with regional strategies.
- Inspire and empower regional distribution managers and partners to exceed growth targets.
- Collaborate closely with Regional Heads of Sales and cross-functional teams to ensure strategic alignment.
- Build and nurture strong, long-term relationships with key distributors and stakeholders.
- Champion ecommerce initiatives to enhance indirect sales performance.

Our compensation packages are benchmarked against local markets so will be dependent upon location.
