Victrex is hiring an experienced HR Business Partner to lead the people and organizational capability agenda for our U.S.-based teams.

We offer a hybrid work structure where we work from the office or remotely based on demands of specific tasks or personal work preferences. Working from the office is encouraged for tasks that require a high degree of collaboration.

🔍 What You'll Be Responsible For

Championing the delivery of our People Plan for approximately 100 employees across the US.  Our employee base is a combination of - remote workers, office-based in Conshohocken Philadelphia, or manufacturing based at sites in Grantsburg (WI) and Rhode Island.

Driving organizational effectiveness and leading change initiatives to foster a high-performance.

Implementing people management frameworks aligned with long-term business goals.

Providing expert guidance on employee relations matters, balancing business needs with compliance.

Delivering insights and promoting functional excellence across the organization.

Owning key HR processes including - compensation & benefits; talent acquisition & management; payroll support; learning & development.

🎯 What We're Looking For

Strong generalist HR experience with a data-driven mindset, sound analytical skills and digitally savvy.

Deep understanding of U.S. employment law and its practical application.

Experience working independently in global, matrixed organizations; international exposure is a plus.

Background in mergers, acquisitions, or scaling operations is desirable.

Passion for total rewards and advancing diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) initiatives.

SHRM or HRCI certification or equivalent experience.
