Role Overview
Victrex is searching for an experienced Demand Manager dedicated to advancing our mission of delivering innovative and sustainable material solutions within the medical device sector. This opportunity offers a chance to work within a dynamic team, focusing on strategic planning and market analysis to enhance the availability and supply of our products.
Key Responsibilities
In this role, you will be responsible for managing the Demand Management Processes globally
- Develop and execute demand management strategies to ensure optimal supply chain performance.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including sales, operations, and marketing to align on demand forecasts and inventory planning.
- Analyse market trends and customer needs to predict demand accurately and plan accordingly.
- Utilise data-driven insights to improve demand forecasting accuracy and efficiency.
- Manage relationships with key stakeholders to support growth initiatives and service excellence.
- Lead projects aimed at streamlining demand planning processes and systems for increased effectiveness.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Proven track record in demand management or supply chain planning roles within the manufacturing or medical device sectors.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in demand forecasting and statistical analysis tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for collaboration with internal and external partners.
- A strategic thinker with the ability to anticipate market changes and adjust demand plans accordingly.
