Invibio Biomaterial Solutions, the Victrex Medical Business Unit, an innovative world leader in high performance polymer solutions, is currently seeking to recruit a Business Development Manager (BDM), based out of your home office. Travel is required for this role, including some international travel.

The BDM will be primarily responsible for building pipeline at new and existing OEMs (specifier and supplier accounts) with focus on our orthopaedics and/or active drug delivery segments.

The successful candidate will have the ability to identify, develop and grow relationships with key customers and key influencers within the market segment; pursue and identify new business opportunities in focus segments and be responsible for executing strategies via application development of implanted products. The successful candidate should have working knowledge of business practices, cGMP’s, and medical product development process, as well as a familiarity of polymer and traditional implantable materials; Additive Manufacturing, PEEK and clinical procedure expertise is an advantage.

A degree in an Engineering or Business disciplines with English fluency are preferred, an MBA is a plus. Must have a proven track record of Product Management, Clinical Relations, Technical B2B Sales, or Product Development experience in orthopaedic or implantable drug delivery/ active implantable platforms. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite is required, and Microsoft Dynamics CRM would be an advantage.
