We are looking for an Engineering Manager with demonstrable experience in delivering validated manufacturing processes and leading CI initiatives, ideally focused on cleanroom injection and compression moulding of polymer parts for the medical industry.
It is important you’re not only comfortable but thrive on taking ownership of developing and delivering novel solutions within a cutting edge and fast paced new product manufacturing environment.
As the Manufacturing Engineering Manager and a champion of manufacturing and engineering excellence, you will be working alongside the NPI Engineering Manager and production Managers in the successful industrialization of all new products through PQ, ensuring smooth transition into volume manufacture.
As a people focused Manager you will lead your team’s delivery against agreed KPIs, such as, safety, quality, delivery and cost targets, celebrating successes, championing learning and supporting your team when things don’t go as planned.
To have the best chance of success we feel your extensive experience will need to be underpinned with relevant degree qualifications. Post graduate management training and chartership would be a distinct advantage.
