Ensuring delivery of each business change through the provision of frameworks and tools to the business area.
Leading the preparation of change plans, and working with the Process Owners, Work Stream Leaders, HR, and Heads of Department to define and implement the appropriate actions needed to effect the change, before, at and after ‘go live.’
Encourages Directors and Senior Managers to reflect on the changes needed to reward structures to incentivise staff in order to adopt the new ways of working.
Supporting the Lead SMEs to prepare lesson plans and training materials.
Coaching the Lead SMEs and SMEs in how to deliver education and training workshops.
Leading the compilation of the ‘Process - Task – Responsibility’ matrix (PTR).
Spearheading the preparation of the ‘Training matrix’ working with Work Stream Leaders, Heads of Dept., and Lead SMEs to ensure good up and down stream process knowledge within each function.
Ensuring all job descriptions are updated (where needed) to reflect the revised roles and responsibilities.
