Are you ready for a challenge in a dynamic and truly flexible working environment where diversity is valued? We're looking for a Finance Analyst to join our wider Finance team.
Working as part of a team, as Finance Data Analyst you will deliver timely and accurate analysis and reports to the senior management of the business whilst supporting the wider finance team through efficient, data extraction, modelling and improving of key business processes such as budgets, reforecasting and strategy development.
This role has ownership of Demand outputs, Consolidation and Indirect Overhead models for budget reforecast and strategy and data creation, coordination and consolidation of the annual five year strategy update, working closely with the Finance Business Partners to ensure required outputs are achieved.
As a Finance Data Analyst you will also be responsible for BI and Report Writing across the finance function, providing support to the wider team to ensure optimal use of reporting tools and efficiency across the key finance processes.
As a Finance Analyst, we will look to you to support in identifying inefficiencies, proposing and delivering effective solutions to improve the performance of processes and the Finance function.
With experience in the preparation, analysis and reporting of financial information, you will have systems experience, including knowledge of data structures, data extraction (e.g. SQL) and the use of data preparation tools such as Power Query and Python.
Excel modelling skills and experience of using Powerpoint are essential, together with experience in BI report writing.
Excellent attention to detail and the ability to identify optimal solutions to reporting requirements are critical to success in this role. Not only that, we would love to hear from candidates who are inquisitive in nature, able to identify optimal solutions to reporting requirements and possess an excellent attention to detail.
You will have excellent interpersonal skills and shall be willing to challenge the status quo and you shall also be able to identify and propose process improvements.
